The Articles of the Association may, pursuant to an affirmative vote of two-thirds of the directors, be amended at any regular meeting or at any special meeting called for the purpose, due notice of the time, place and object of which regular or special meeting shall have been given, as prescribed in the bylaws, such notice reciting the amendment proposed to be voted upon; copies of such amendment, when adopted, shall be signed and acknowledged by not less than three directors and shall be filed and recorded in the manner and in the respective offices prescribed in Section 9873 Oklahoma Statutes, 1931.
