An association, in processing, preparing for market, handling and marketing such products of persons so engaged which shall include any byproducts thereof as well, may, in addition to all other powers given by this act, and to effect the purposes of this act, pledge, hypothecate, mortgage, market or sell any such products as effectively as may be done by the member or members owning same, or such association may acquire title thereto and pledge, hypothecate, mortgage, market and sell the same.
