1. A. The Director of the Cooperative Extension Service shall submit to the State Department of Agriculture a report on which products will diversify Oklahoma's agriculture industry on or before January 1 of each year.
2. B. Alternative agricultural products under this act shall be determined by the Board, and shall include, but may not be limited to the products listed in a report submitted by the Director of the Cooperative Extension Service to the State Board of Agriculture on January 1 of each year. The Board shall hold necessary hearings to gain input from the agricultural community to determine if a product which is not included in the report from the Cooperative Extension Service will qualify as an alternative agricultural product.
