Okla. Stat. tit. 2, § 1713
The Board shall remit all monies received by or for it under this act to the State Treasurer at least monthly. Upon receipt of any such remittance the State Treasurer shall deposit the entire amount thereof in the State Treasury and the same shall be credited to an appropriate State Department of Agriculture Fund.
