Okla. Stat. tit. 2, § 1602
Any person who violates the provisions of this act by failing to properly display the proper number shall be guilty of a misdemeanor and subject to a fine not to exceed Ten Dollars ($10.00). Any person who alters a vehicle identifying number in violation of this act, or regulations issued pursuant thereto, shall be guilty of a misdemeanor.
