Okla. Stat. tit. 2, § 1516
The Attorney General may bring action in the district court of Oklahoma County to recover all fees and penalties due the Commission for failure of any person to comply with the provisions of this act. Any person violating any of the provisions of this act shall be guilty of a misdemeanor.
