Okla. Stat. tit. 2, § 1514
All monies received by the Commission from the fees hereinbefore assessed shall be deposited in a special fund in the State Treasury to be known as the "Oklahoma Sheep and Wool Commission Fund" hereby created. Such fund shall be used for purposes necessary to carry out the provisions of this act; however, no general revenue funds shall be appropriated to carry out the provisions of this act. Disbursements from such fund shall be made only upon warrants issued by the State Treasurer against claims submitted to the Director of State Finance by the Commission. The books, records and accounts of the Commission, in respect to the funds allocated to it under the provisions of this act, shall be audited annually by the State Auditor and Inspector, with the cost of the respective audits to be paid from the funds of the Commission.
