- A. Any sheep or wool producer who is assessed the fee or fees authorized by Section 1509 of this title and objects to the collection of such fee or fees may, within sixty (60) days following such collection, make application to the Commission for a refund of such fee or fees. Upon receipt of such application by the Commission such refund shall be made within one hundred twenty (120) days. Application forms for refund purposes shall be furnished by the Commission and shall be made available at all places where the fee or fees provided in the Oklahoma Sheep and Wool Producers Act are required to be collected.
- B. The availability of a refund and instructions describing the process of obtaining a refund shall be posted in a conspicuous public location at all places where the fees are required to be collected.
