1. A. The chairman of the Commission shall make an annual report to the Governor, within thirty (30) days after January 1 of each year, showing in detail all income and expenditures and any other facts relevant to this act. Such annual report shall include a list of all officers and employees of the Commission and shall indicate the official positions of such officers and employees and salaries paid thereto. Such report shall be available to the public.
2. B. All records of the Commission shall be kept at least three (3) years.
3. C. The Commission shall submit a report of its income, expenditures and a brief survey of its work annually to the Chairman of the Agriculture Committees of the House of Representatives and Senate of the State Legislature.
