Okla. Stat. tit. 2, § 1507
At the first meeting of the Commission, it shall elect a chairman, vice chairman, secretary and treasurer from among its members, and thereafter at the first meeting of each fiscal year. The Commission shall meet at least once every three (3) months and at such other times as called by the chairman or by a majority of the Commission.
