Okla. Stat. tit. 2, § 1301-105
The laws of this state relating to forestry activities shall be implemented, enforced and otherwise carried out by the State Board of Agriculture through a division of the State Department of Agriculture to be known as the Forestry Division. Other law enforcement agencies of the state shall assist in the prevention, suppression, investigation and enforcement of the forest fire laws.
