Okla. Stat. tit. 2, § 1301-306
The purpose of the provisions of this act relating to forest management is to encourage on all lands owned by the State of Oklahoma the practice of scientific forest management according to standards that will manage, protect, utilize and perpetuate pine and other suitable trees for their many benefits. The provisions of this act shall not be construed to apply to state-owned land in wilderness areas.
