Okla. Stat. tit. 2, § 1301-213
Whoever intentionally breaks down, mutilates, removes or destroys any fire control or forestry sign or poster of the Division of Forestry erected in the administration of its lawful duties and authorities shall be guilty of a misdemeanor and shall be subject to imprisonment not exceeding three (3) months or by fine not exceeding Two Hundred Dollars ($200.00), or by both such fine and imprisonment.
