Okla. Stat. tit. 2, § 1301-207
It is unlawful for any individual or group of individuals to build a warming or camp fire and leave same unextinguished. Any person who violates this section is guilty of a misdemeanor punishable by a fine of not more than Five Hundred Dollars ($500.00) or by imprisonment for not more than one (1) year, or by both.
