The commission shall meet annually for the purpose of organizing. It shall elect a chairman, vice chairman and a secretary annually from among the six commissioners. The commission shall meet at least once every calendar quarter and hold an annual meeting for discussion of policy and at which time the commission shall make its report to the Governor. The day, time and place of each meeting shall be determined by the commission. The chairman or any three members of the commission may call special meetings of the commission upon such notice as may be prescribed by the duly adopted rules of the commission. All meetings of the commission shall be held subject to Sections 301 through 314 of Title 25 of the Oklahoma Statutes.
