Okla. Stat. tit. 2, § 250
The Board of Agriculture is hereby authorized and directed to carry out a hog cholera eradication program to its completion, utilizing the authority already vested in the State Board of Agriculture to establish such quarantines, restrictions of movements, distribution of information on vaccination and sanitation, condemnation and disposal of infected animals as the State Veterinarian and USDA Veterinarian may direct, payment of indemnities in appropriate cases, establishment of a system for reporting incidence of the diseases, strict enforcement of the garbage cooking law and such other measures that may fall within the authority of the appropriate state agencies.
