Okla. Stat. tit. 2, § 951
From and after the passage and approval of this act any person, firm, or corporation who purchases or accepts for storage any grain, other than grains received or purchased direct from elevators or commercial warehouses, shall maintain on each initial load of grain, or part thereof, delivered during any particular day by any individual, firm, or corporation a record in which shall be legibly written, the name of the owner or seller, the name of the person delivering such grain, the license number of the truck or motor vehicle in which the grain is delivered, and the chauffeur's or driver's license number of the person delivering said grain, together with the quantity and grade of each delivery of grain.
