Okla. Stat. tit. 2, § 788.6
It shall be unlawful for any person, firm, association or corporation to issue, make, use or circulate any certification, as defined in this act, without the authority and approval of the Agricultural Experiment Station and the Agricultural Extension Service of the Oklahoma State University of Agriculture and Applied Science, or its duly authorized agency as herein provided. Every person, firm, association or corporation who shall violate any of the provisions of this act pertaining to certification shall be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor, and upon conviction thereof shall be fined not less than One Hundred Dollars ($100.00) nor more than Five Hundred Dollars ($500.00) for each offense.
