The officers of the free district fair association shall be chosen from the delegates selected by the counties entering said association, and shall consist of a president, secretary and board of directors. The president and secretary selected as provided in Section 3652, of the Oklahoma Compiled Laws, 1921, for county fair association organizations of each of the counties constituting the free district fair association shall be and constitute the board of directors of said free district fair association from which membership a president and secretary shall be elected.
