Okla. Stat. tit. 2, § 41
The funds provided for in this act shall be derived from any fund on hand, and not otherwise appropriated, in the contingent fund of the county. If the amount available in the contingent fund is insufficient then said county commissioners are authorized and directed to make a special tax levy for the contingent fund for the amount necessary.
