In each county in this state in which there has been established a county free fair association pursuant to the provisions of Sections 91 through 103 of Title 2 of the Oklahoma Statutes, the board of directors of such fair association may, by resolution, convert and establish such association into a fair association of the same name which is subject to the provisions of Sections 104a through 104m of Title 2 of the Oklahoma Statutes.
