Okla. Stat. tit. 2, § 104h
The board of directors shall have power to acquire grounds for said fair by lease or purchase, erect buildings and repair the same, to sell concessions, advertising and privileges at said fair, and accept gifts and donations. All money received from sale of concessions and privileges, and all gifts and donations shall be paid to and deposited with the treasurer of said fair board, to be disbursed as herein provided.
