Members of the State Board of Agriculture shall receive actual expenses of travel pursuant to the State Travel Reimbursement Act. The Board shall meet once each month in regular session but not more than six (6) days in any calendar month. Special meetings of the Board may be held whenever and wherever called by the President or whenever petitioned for by three members thereof.
