- A. No person shall sell, offer or expose for sale any item for less than the quantity he represents, nor take any more of an item than the quantity he represents when, as buyer, he furnishes the weight or measure by means of which the quantity is determined.
- B. No person shall misrepresent the price of any commodity or service sold, offered, exposed or advertised for sale by weight, measure or count, nor represent the price in any manner calculated or tending to mislead or in any way deceive a person.
