Every person growing cotton in this state shall annually certify to the board of directors the number of acres in the program. The certification shall occur on or before July 20 of each year. The cotton grower shall also furnish to the board of directors information concerning the location of all cotton fields and any other information reasonably required to carry out the provisions of the Boll Weevil Eradication Act.
