Milk and Milk Products Inspection Revolving Fund

- A. There is hereby created in the State Treasury a revolving fund to be known as the "Milk and Milk Products Inspection Revolving Fund". Said fund shall be a continuing fund not subject to fiscal year limitations and is hereby appropriated and may be budgeted and expended by the Commissioner of Agriculture for the purpose of administering and enforcing the Oklahoma Milk and Milk Products Act. Expenditures from said fund shall be made upon warrants issued by the State Treasurer against claims filed as prescribed by law with the Director of State Finance for approval and payment.
- B. Any unencumbered monies remaining in the Milk Inspection Revolving Fund on June 30, 1994, shall be transferred to the credit of the Milk and Milk Products Inspection Revolving Fund.
