The Legislature finds, determines, and declares that the production of agricultural food products constitutes a large proportion of the state's economy and that it is beneficial to the citizens of this state to enhance the production and further expand the state's economy by effectively supporting and promoting the value-added food processing industry.?XML:NAMESPACE PREFIX = O /
