Nothing in the Local Food Freedom Act shall be construed to prevent counties from enacting ordinances regulating the operation of local food establishments, provided such ordinances do not conflict with the provisions of the Local Food Freedom Act or impede or restrict the sale of local food products in compliance with the law.
