1. A. At the first meeting of each fiscal year, the Oklahoma Wheat Utilization, Research and Market Development Commission shall elect a chair, vice-chair, secretary and treasurer from among the members, and thereafter at the first meeting of each fiscal year. The Commission shall meet at least once every three (3) months and at such other times as called by the chair or by a majority of the Commission.
2. B. The Commission shall appoint a full-time Director who shall carry out the provisions of the Oklahoma Wheat Resources Act. The Director shall not be one of the appointed Commission members. No Acting Director or Assistant Director shall serve in a dual capacity while retaining membership as a Commission member.
