- A. Sections 18-50 through 18-62 of this title shall be known and may be cited as the "Oklahoma Peanut Act". B. The Oklahoma Peanut Commission shall cease to exist and be replaced by a successor organization if approved by the Commissioner of the Oklahoma Department of Agriculture, Food, and Forestry to receive the assessment contained in the Oklahoma Peanut Act pursuant to the procedures outlined in the Oklahoma Agricultural Commodity Act.
