The provisions of the general business corporation laws of this state and all powers and rights pursuant to the general business corporation laws shall apply to the associations organized pursuant to the provisions of the Cooperative Marketing Association Act, except where such provisions are inconsistent with the express provisions of teh Cooperative Marketing Association Act.

The provisions of the Oklahoma General Corporation Act and all powers and rights pursuant to the general business corporation laws shall apply to the associations organized pursuant to the provisions of the Cooperative Marketing Association Act, except where such provisions are inconsistent with the express provisions of this act. The provisions of this act shall also apply to similar associations organized under the laws of other jurisdictions and doing business or seeking to do business in the state to the extent that this act applies to foriegn corporations doing business or seeking to do business in this state.
