The officers of every such association shall be a president, one or more vice-presidents, a secretary and a treasurer and such other officers as may be authorized in the bylaws. The president and at least one of the vice-presidents must be directors of the association, unless the bylaws of the association provide to the contrary. The office of secretary and treasurer may be combined. Officers shall be elected by the directors in the manner and for such terms as the bylaws provide.
