County Energy District Authority - Circuit Engineering District

Multiple Amendments Enacted During the 2011 Legislative Session
- A. The board of directors of a circuit engineering district, established pursuant to Section 687.l et seq. of Title 69 of the Oklahoma Statutes, may by resolution, establish a County Energy District Authority pursuant to the provisions of the Oklahoma Energy Independence Act, for the district. The authority shall be a public trust as provided for in Sections 176 through 180.3 of Title 60 of the Oklahoma Statutes.
- B. The authority shall consist of the Circuit Engineering District Board of Directors.
C. The chair of the board of directors of the circuit engineering district shall serve as chair of the authority.
