Okla. Stat. tit. 18, § 381.51
A mutual deposit association may accept savings deposits and other accounts, for fixed, minimum or indefinite periods of time, including accounts bearing a fixed rate of interest, as may be authorized by its directors, subject to the provisions of its bylaws and the approval of the Board and the Director of the Office of Thrift Supervision.
