Okla. Stat. tit. 18, § 552.13
The Attorney General may enter into reciprocal agreements with a like authority of any other state or states for the purpose of exchanging information made available to the Attorney General. Pursuant to such agreements the Attorney General may accept information filed by a charitable organization with another state in lieu of the information required to be filed by a charitable organization in accordance with the provisions of Section 552.3 of this title, if such information is substantially similar to the information required to be filed under Section 552.3 of this title.
