1. (1) In this article unless the context otherwise requires:

   1. (a) "Buyer" means a person who buys or contracts to buy goods.
   2. (b) "Receipt" of goods means taking physical possession of them.
   3. (c) "Seller" means a person who sells or contracts to sell goods.

   Oklahoma Code Comment

   (1)(a) Oklahoma has had no previous statutory definition. The Oklahoma Game and Fish Act at 29 Okl.St.Ann. § 102 does contain a definition of the word "buy."
   (b) Oklahoma has a general definition of "good faith" at 25 Okl.St.Ann. § 9. See also decisions cited there.
   (c) Oklahoma has had no previous comparable statutory definition.
