1. (1) Whenever this act requires any action to be taken within a reasonable time, any time which is not manifestly unreasonable may be fixed by agreement.
2. (2) What is a reasonable time for taking anyaction depends on the nature, purpose and circumstances of such action.

3. (3) An action is taken "seasonably" when it is taken at or within the time agreed or if no time is agreed at or within a reasonable time

   Oklahoma Code Comment

4. (1) There are no comparable Oklahoma Statutes or cases.
5. (2) Almost identical language was used in the Oklahoma case of Grayson v. Crawford, 189 Okl. 546, 119 P.2d 42 (1941). See also 15 Okl.St.Ann. § 173, which provides that if no time is specified in a contract for performance of an act, a reasonable time is allowed.

6. (3) There are no comparable Oklahoma statutes.
