Okla. Stat. tit. 12A, § 1-202
A document in due form purporting to be abill of lading, policy or certificate of insurance, official weigher's or inspector's certificate, consular invoice, or any other document authorized or required by the contract to be issued by a third party shall be prima facie evidence of its own authenticity and genuineness and of the facts stated in the document by the third party.
Oklahoma Code Comment
No previous Oklahoma statute has given such recognition to private documents. The doctrine of presumed validity, however, is common in Oklahoma. See 67 O.S. §§ 22, 25 [presumption of accuracy of abstracts, copies or minutes]; 68 O.S. 452 [tax deeds]; 12 O.S. 501 [business records]; 18 O.S. §1.244 [corporate entity presumed]; 19 O.S. § 572 [survey of county surveyor presumed accurate.]
