The Department adopts or incorporates by reference the following parts of the official rules and regulations of the NOP, 7 CFR Part 205, except for OAC 35:37-15-1, or as the Department designates otherwise in specific cases:

4. (4) Subpart D - Labels, Labeling, and Market Information;
5. (5) Subpart E - Certification;
