Carcasses and parts of carcasses that are prepared on a custom basis shall be marked at the time of preparation with the term "Not for Sale" in letters at least three-eights inch (3/8) in height, except that products need not be marked if in immediate containers properly labeled in accordance with the rules in 35:37-11-125. Ink used for marking the products must comply with the requirements of 35:37-11-107.
