- (a) Any person shall obtain a permit prior to conducting a livestock special sale from the Department.
(b) Each application for a Livestock Special Sale permit shall include:
- (1) Name and address of person requesting permit;
- (2) Location of sale premises;
- (3) Date and time of sale; and
- (4) Signature, email address, and telephone number of person requesting the permit.
