Upon acceptance of the license issued by the Commissioner of Health, the license holder in order to retain the license shall:

1. (1) Post the license in a conspicuous location in the food establishment;
2. (2) Comply with the provisions of this Chapter;
3. (3) Comply with directives of the Department including time frames for corrective actions specified in inspection reports, notices, orders, warnings, and other directives issued by the Department;
4. (4) Accept notices issued and served by the Department;
5. (5) Be subject to the administrative, civil, injunctive, and criminal remedies as authorized by law for failure to comply with this Chapter or a directive of the Department, including time frames for corrective actions specified in inspection reports, notices, orders, warnings, and other directives; and
6. (6) If applicable, submit the annual renewal application and pay all renewal license and late fees.
