Whoever erects or replaces a sign containing the international symbol of access shall do both of the following:

1. (A) Use forms of the word "accessible" rather than forms of the words "handicapped" or "disabled" whenever words are included on the sign;
2. (B) For the international symbol of access, use a logo that depicts a dynamic character leaning forward with a sense of movement.
