The Ohio child welfare training program coordinator shall do all the following:
- (A) Manage, coordinate, and evaluate all of the program's training provided under section 5103.30 of the Revised Code;
- (B) Develop curriculum, resources, and products for the training;
- (C) Provide fiscal management and technical assistance to regional training staff established under section 5103.41 of the Revised Code;
- (D) Cooperate with the regional training staff to schedule sessions for the training, provide notices of the training sessions, and provide training materials for the sessions;
- (E) Employ and compensate instructors for the training;
- (F) Create individual training needs assessments for use pursuant to sections 5153.125 and 5153.126 of the Revised Code;
- (G) Provide staff for the Ohio child welfare training program steering committee established under section 5103.39 of the Revised Code;
- (H) Conduct any other activities necessary for the development, implementation, and management of the program as specified in the contract;
- (I) Identify the competencies needed to do the jobs that the training is for so that the training helps the development of those competencies;
- (J) Ensure that the training provides the knowledge, skill, and ability needed to do the jobs that the training is for.
