The Ohio child welfare training program is hereby established in the department of children and youth as a statewide program. The program shall provide all of the following:

1. (A) The training that section 3107.014 of the Revised Code requires an assessor to complete;
2. (B) The preplacement training that sections 5103.031 and 5103.033 of the Revised Code require a prospective foster caregiver to complete;
3. (C) The continuing training that sections 5103.032 and 5103.033 of the Revised Code require a foster caregiver to complete;
4. (D) The training that section 5153.122 of the Revised Code requires a PCSA caseworker to complete;
5. (E) The training that section 5153.123 of the Revised Code requires a PCSA caseworker supervisor to complete;
6. (F) The training required under section 5180.4211 of the Revised Code for a case manager and supervisor.
