The publication required in section 504.121 of the Revised Code shall be for the following times:

1. (A) Summaries of resolutions, and proclamations of elections, once a week for two consecutive weeks or as provided in section 7.16 of the Revised Code;
2. (B) Notices, not less than two nor more than four consecutive weeks or as provided in section 7.16 of the Revised Code;
3. (C) All other matters shall be published once.
