Ohio Rev. Code Ann. § 4759.99
Whoever violates section 4759.02 of the Revised Code is guilty of a minor misdemeanor. If the offender has been previously convicted once of a violation of the section, then the violation is a misdemeanor of the fourth degree. If the offender has been previously convicted more than once of a violation of the section, then the violation is a misdemeanor of the first degree. Whoever violates division (B)(1) or (2) of section 4759.14 of the Revised Code is guilty of failure to report criminal conduct or sexual misconduct, a misdemeanor of the fourth degree. If the offender has previously been convicted of a violation of this division, the failure to report is a misdemeanor of the first degree. Whoever violates division (B) of section 4759.05 of the Revised Code is guilty of disclosing confidential investigatory information, a misdemeanor of the first degree.
