- (A) This chapter does not apply to or prohibit in any way an individual from practicing as a certified registered nurse anesthetist in accordance with Chapter 4723. of the Revised Code.
- (B) This chapter does not prohibit an individual from practicing as an anesthesiologist assistant in accordance with Chapter 4760. of the Revised Code.
