(B)
(1) Subject to division (B)(2) of this section, and notwithstanding any conflicting provision of this chapter or rule adopted by the state medical board, a physician assistant who holds a license issued under this chapter and a valid prescriber number issued by the state medical board and has been granted physician-delegated prescriptive authority may do any of the following without having examined an individual to whom epinephrine may be administered:
