Notwithstanding division (B)(4) of section 2317.02 of the Revised Code, a pharmacist, pharmacy intern, pharmacy technician trainee, registered pharmacy technician, certified pharmacy technician, licensed terminal distributor of dangerous drugs, or registered wholesale distributor of dangerous drugs shall cooperate with federal, state, and local government investigations and shall divulge all relevant information when requested by a government agency.
